What to include in flyers and event guides

In a society where people of various cultures, languages, and people with different disabilities are naturally in the same space in everyday life, this can be seen even in the details. For example, if you know the following, let's describe it as much as possible so that various people can participate by looking at the information leaflet of the event.

Is there a restroom that can be used by wheelchair users?

●Presence or absence of gender-free toilets

● What to do when wheelchairs cannot enter the venue

● Call for participation without odor

(Please refrain from using artificial fragrances such as perfumes and colognes for those who are allergic to smells.)

●If food is served, is there vegetarian/vegan/halal food available?

(There are people with various religions, cultures, beliefs, and food restrictions.)

For events like peer support
"〇〇 Centered Space"

(For example, "color centered space" means that many people of color feel oppression and discrimination in white supremacy every day, so in this space people of color feel oppression from white people. For example, white people should refrain from speaking so that they can speak freely, and if it is a trans-centered space, they should avoid cisgender people talking and give priority to trans people.)
